Human Resource Center AS was established in May 2002, and is now located in Hareid in the North-Western part of Norway, Bergen, Stavanger and Oslo. This is areas with long maritime traditions.
Today we have an active maritime environment with several major shipping and shipmanagements companies, as well as an active shipbuilding industry and several suppliers of ship’s equipment.
These are some of the services which HRC can provide
- HRC provides its own personnel to your Company for short-term jobs.
(i.e. need for extra personnel or stand-ins).
- HRC reqruits new permanent employees for your Company upon request.
- HRC is qualified to do you Company’s crew management, partially or totally.
The crew is, in our opinion, the most important aspect of ship management. The quality of the people engaged on board is what distinguishes outstanding ship management from poor ship management. As crew managers, HRC will perform all management functions related to crewing, and will ensure that the vessels are manned with qualified, skillful and well-trained officers and ratings according to the owners wishes and requirements.
We also view each seaman as an individual, and are therefore able to develop a positive relationship which will bring out his best qualities. We can achieve this goal through means such as long-term employment, career opportunities, training programs etc.
HRC has established contact with a large number of maritime officers, DP-operators, engineers, crane operators, medics, electricians and other seafarers and rig personnel with nearly all kinds of backgrounds, and will therefore be able to satisfy most requirements and conditions in terms of experience level, training, certificate requirements etc.
Our speciality is offshore operations such as rigs, anchor handling, platform supply vessels, cabel, seismic vessels, FPSO and shuttel tankers.
HRC has also established contact with crewing agents in East Europe and Asia, and will on short-term notice be able to provide well-qualified maritime personnel from these areas to your Company if required.
